Hey ladies.

This is my 7 day shred. It has all the proper food groups and you can eat it however you like, BUT use the foods enlisted and the quantities each day. This has been proven to get the girls who have previously done this a great head-start and they never felt hungry.

It doesn’t look like much on paper but I promise you there is a lot of food to eat and most importantly its nutritiously rich food and I have also added what nutrient value these food per day have given your body.
